Rebecca and Simon chose us as their Nottingham wedding photographers after I met Becca at the Vintage Chic Wedding Fair in the Summer. This was a wonderful event, and not just for those who want to go full steam ahead on the Vintage theme, it’s a great place for inspiration for any wedding day.
I met them both for their engagement shoot at Clumber Park in Nottinghamshire, this unusually hot October Monday was a wonderful surprise and it made for a great afternoon. We took advantage of the sunshine, with a walk around the grounds, by the church and then on to the adventure playground. It felt a little strange photographing an Autumn engagement shoot in such heat, but I loved it! We had fun on their shoot, Becca & Simon enjoyed a little jumping, climbing and making leaf angels in the fallen leaves.
Becca and Simon have some brilliant plans for their wedding day which is just after Christmas of this year. We’re really looking forward to capturing it all for them, we’ve had the sunshine now for their engagement shoot maybe then with a December wedding date, we’ll get a little bit of snow.
