Last Friday evening Neil and I attended a local charity event to capture some PR images from the night. It was an amazing evening which saw some recent Apprentice stars and local BBC weather man ‘Des’ come together and raise a fabulous amount of cash for Macmillan Nurses, the Alzheimer’s Society and Treetops Hospice in Risley. It was our pleasure to support the event, especially as the causes have impacted our lives. We lost my Gran recently after her fight with Alzheimers and whilst pregnant with our little boy Dad was diagnosed with cancer, turning our world upside down for some time, thankfully he seems to be doing great now!
The event was co-ordinated by Kate Shaw from Treetops Hospice Ripple Appeal and Howard Ebison from The Apprentice 2009 series, with further support from the truly delightful 2009 Apprentice winner Yasmina Siadatan, (Fired) contestant James MacQuillan … such a funny guy! and the great BBC weather man Des Coleman … it always feels like it’s going to sunshine when Des tells us the weather!
Here’s a few shots from the night.
